Tony Brock, Managing Partner
Anthony S. Brook, professionally known as Tony Brock, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tony Brock Legal Chamber.
Before establishing TonyBrock LawChamber, he was a founding partner of NQ Legal, where he contributed to the firm’s establishment and development. Having subsequently moved on from NQ Legal, he founded Tony Brock Legal Chamber, where he continues to lead the firm’s legal practice and strategic direction.
His academic background includes the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, and graduation with honors from law school. His career spans decades, with early professional collaboration across legal institutions including Doughty Street Chambers.
Tony Brock advises and represents individuals and businesses in complex domestic and international legal matters. His work includes cross-border disputes, criminal matters, fraud and scam-related cases, financial and investment disputes, corporate and commercial matters, and civil litigation.
His approach begins with a detailed assessment of the facts, available evidence, jurisdictions involved and the client’s objectives. In matters involving international transactions or parties in different countries, particular attention is given to the legal and practical issues created by multiple jurisdictions.
Tony works directly with clients throughout the development and progression of their matters, with an emphasis on clear communication, careful legal strategy and practical representation.
Sinan Duygun
Sinan Duygun is Head of the Europe/Southwestern Asia group at Tony Brock Legal Chamber. He graduated with distinction from Ankara University.
Sinan Duygun works on legal matters involving international and cross-border issues, commercial relationships, disputes and other matters requiring consideration of more than one legal or business environment.
His work contributes to the firm’s ability to assess matters involving overseas parties, international transactions and complex factual circumstances. He approaches each matter through careful review of the relevant documentation, legal issues and client’s objectives.
Working alongside the firm’s wider legal team, he assists in developing practical strategies appropriate to the circumstances of each matter.
Ray Benson
Ray Benson serves as International Correspondence and International Lawyer at Tony Brock Legal Chamber. His professional background includes international trade and investment, diplomatic negotiations, cross-border litigation, transactions and regulatory matters, with experience representing multinational corporations, governments and international organizations.
Ray Benson advises and represents clients in corporate, commercial and civil legal matters, including contractual disputes, business relationships and contentious matters requiring negotiation or formal proceedings.
His work involves examining the legal and commercial circumstances surrounding a dispute, assessing relevant documentation and obligations, and helping develop an appropriate strategy for protecting the client’s interests.
He works with the firm’s wider team where matters involve international parties, financial issues or overlapping legal considerations.
